I believe in a program that involves all aspect in developing student athletes to win on the field, in the classroom and in the real world.
It has always been the belief that in order to achieve sense of accomplishment, you have to win. Unfortunately, many of us base our definition of accomplishment solely by wins and losses. My approach has always been a winning approach. To be a winner, I start with the heart. It is about achieving an attitude of confidence through hard work and determination, and creating a desire for that winning spirit. It is creating opportunity for success in many areas. I understand what it takes to efficiently produce a winning attitude. An attitude of a winner goes a long way in winning on the track and in the game of life.
